Peter was appointed President and Managing Director of NorthCourse Advisory Services, a subsidiary of Wyndham Worldwide Corporation and the leading global specialist in comprehensive research, consulting and project management in all sectors of the leisure real estate industry, effective March 2007. Giamalva joins NorthCourse as a 28-year travel-industry professional whose experience spans the package holiday, car rental and leisure accommodation sectors.

Peter joined RCI in 1999, and has held the positions of Chief Marketing Officer; General Manager, Leisure Rental Division; and Chief Operating Officer, RCI - Europe and Middle East. Prior to joining RCI, Giamalva spent eight years at Budget Rent a Car Corporation, where he led both international operations and travel-industry marketing. While living in London, he was the Managing Director of Budget’s operations in Europe, the Middle East and Africa. Giamalva’s tenure at Budget also included significant organizational work in sales, marketing, franchising as well as properties and facilities.

In addition, Peter spent 12 years in the tour-operating (package vacation) business, where he helped establish and grow Thomson Vacations, now Apple Vacations in the United States. He holds a degree in economics from St. Mary's University in Winona, MN.

Claude manages all business development in the Middle East.  He comes to NorthCourse from the Qatar Tourism Authority as Head of Planning & Operations, where he was responsible for the licensing framework for the hospitality sector and drafting the classification systems for hotels and tour operators. He was also head of the business development team, assisting potential investors and developers with tourism-related projects in Qatar.

Prior to this Claude worked in Senior Sales and Marketing roles with Rezidor SAS, Intercontinental Hotels, Meridien Hotel & Resorts, and Sheraton. Italian by birth, Claude is fluent in English, French and Italian, and holds a Bachelors' degree in Business Administration.

Wally, who founded the Portland, Oregon-based Hobson Real Estate Advisors 30 years ago is a leading expert in shared ownership advisory services. He has assisted developers in the planning and implementation of more than 130 shared ownership projects throughout the world. His expertise focuses on market analysis and feasibility, strategic planning, and financial analysis. In addition, his services have included ongoing involvement in the sales and marketing process, sales training, and assistance with entitlement processing, financing and investor relations.

Wally has published numerous articles on the fractional real estate industry and has been a frequent speaker at various resort and hospitality conferences both domestically and internationally.

Max, a native of Colombia and a graduate of the School of Hotel Administration at Cornell University has over 15 years of hospitality experience. Throughout his involvement in the industry, he worked in hotel operations and management. Furthermore, Max developed several hotels and resorts throughout Latin America. Max gained international hospitality experience with hotel chains such as Imperial Hotels and Suites, Radisson Royal, and Embassy Suites. Max also gained consulting experience with the Tourism Development Fund at Inter-American Development Bank in Washington, DC.

Prior to joining NorthCourse, Max was director of Consulting - Latin America with HVS International in Miami, Florida for ten years. Throughout his tenure in the hospitality industry, Max has consulted on over 180 hotels, resorts, and mixed use developments in almost every Latin American and Caribbean country. Max also benefits from significant consulting experience in Mexico and the United States, having worked on 22 out of the 24 Latin American countries and 20 out of the 50 United States. Max is fluent in English, Spanish, and Portuguese.
